Nu Skin settles in SEC probe, sees Q3 revenues at high end of guidance

• NuSkin (NYSE:NUS) +3.6% AH after disclosing that it reached an agreement with the SEC to settle a probe into its charitable contribution in China in 2013.
• NUS says it agreed to pay ~$765K after the SEC determined that its books and internal controls related to the donation were insufficient.
• NUS also says it expects Q3 revenues will come in at the high end of or slightly above its previous guidance of $560M-$580M vs. $581M analyst consensus estimate, citing the success of recent product introductions and favorable currency trends.
