Franklin Resources adds to ETF business

• The  mutual fund giant introduces three new funds to its LibertyShares ETF platform - one is an equity product, two are fixed-income, and all three are actively managed.
• The three: Franklin Liberty U.S. Low Volatility ETF (FLLV), Franklin Liberty Investment Grade Corporate ETF (FLCO), Franklin Liberty Short Duration U.S. Government ETF (FTSD).
