Time shuffles leaders again, names D'Emic chief financial officer

Time Inc. (TIME +1.5%) has set the latest of a series of management changes, tapping Controller Sue D'Emic as its next chief financial officer.

She'll succeed Jeff Bairstow, who will leave his post Nov. 7 and stay on for a transition through March 1. He spent three years as CFO.

Also, Marcus Rich (CEO of Time UK), who used to report to Bairstow, will report to CEO Rich Battista.

In other shuffles, Erik Moreno (executive VP of Business Development) is becoming executive VP and president of Corporate Development, New Ventures & Investments. And Chief Human Resources Officer Greg Giangrande is taking the additional role of chief communications officer.

Jaison Blair (senior VP of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications) is becoming senior VP, Investor Relations, Finance & Corporate Development. He'll report to new CFO D'Emic.
