MGE Energy President/CEO Wolter to retire

• MGE Energy (NASDAQ:MGEE +0.3%) says President and CEO Gary Wolter will retire effective March 1, to be succeeded in both roles by Jeffrey Keebler.
• Keebler is currently MGE's Senior VP for energy supply and planning, and has held various leadership roles since joining the company in 1995.
• Wolter, who became President and CEO in 2000 and board chairman in 2002, will continue as Chairman.
