Black Stone Minerals names Wood as new CFO

• Black Stone Minerals (NYSE:BSM +0.4%) names Jeffrey Wood as its new CFO, effective Nov. 11, following the previously announced departure of Marc Carroll.
• Wood most recently was Executive VP and CFO of Siluria Technologies, a provider of process technologies for the energy and petrochemical industries; prior to Siluria, he was CFO of Eagle Rock Energy Partners after spending 11 years at Lehman Brothers.
