CTO Chatterjee parts ways with Global Eagle Entertainment

• In an SEC filing, Global Eagle Entertainment (ENT +1.3%) says it's entered into a separation agreement with Chief Technology Officer Aditya Chatterjee, effective last Saturday.
• Chatterjee will get severance of $154,436, to be paid over a six-month period.
• The two have also entered into a six-month consulting agreement where Chatterjee will get $25,739/month for advising the company on "network capacity, next-generation antenna programs, partnerships and regulatory matters."
