- NTT Data (OTCPK:NTDTY) profits are expect to fall for the year ending in March, Nikkei says, as the company takes on heavy charges due to restructuring.
- The Nippon Telephone & Telegraph (NYSE:NTT) subsidiary, which wrapped a $3B acquisition of 98% of Dell Services earlier this month, expects to book about ¥10B (about $98.8M) in one-time charges in the year ending in March 2018.
- Nikkei expects net profits for the year ending in March to drop 23% to ¥49B (about $445M) due to the restructuring charges. Operating profit for March is forecast at a record ¥105B (about $954M).
