Cvent takeover officially cleared by Justice

• As reported yesterday, the sale of Cvent (NYSE:CVT-OLD) to Vista Equity Partners has been greenlighted by the DOJ. CVT rose 16.6% in late action yesterday, and is higher by 0.65% premarket.
