Apricus Bio faces delisting from Nasdaq

• Nasdaq has informed Apricus Biosciences (APRI) that it intends to delist the company due to its non-compliance with the $35M minimum market cap requirement unless it requests a hearing in a timely manner. The company intends to do so and plans to regain compliance within the 180-day discretionary period ending May 29, 2017.
