Baird likes HealthStream, sees 20% upside

• Robert Baird upgrades HealthStream (HSTM +6.4%) to Outperform from Neutral and raises its price target to $31 (20% upside) from $26. Other shops see the fair value at $24 - 35.
• Shares in the healthcare HR SAAS provider plunged in early November after a Q3 miss. Consensus view for Q4 is EPS of $0.04 (-33%) on revenues of $61M (+9%).
