LPL Financial CEO to retire

• Chairman and CEO Mark Casady is retiring from the CEO spot on Jan. 3. He'll continue as non-executive chair of the board until March 3.
• Current NASDAQ:LPLA President Dan Arnold will take over the CEO role, and also join the board.
• Arnold has been with LPL Financial since 2007 and president since March 2015.
• The management change comes as the company is reportedly shopping itself.
