Actions Semiconductor shareholders approve go-private deal

• An approximated 78.6% of total outstanding ordinary shares of Actions Semiconductor (NASDAQ:ACTS) participated in the vote in person or by proxy, with 99.3% of those votes in favor of the merger.
• Closure is expected "as soon as practicable," subject to waiver or satisfaction of other conditions laid out in the agreement.
