SeaWorld rallies after upgrade, Abu Dhabi deal

• SeaWorld Entertainment (SEAS +5%) says it's not putting any capital into the Abu Dhabi theme park.
• An e-mailed statement from the company indicates the theme park development deal is a pure licensing arrangement, with Miral funding the entire budget.
• Earlier today, SeaWorld was upgraded by Janney to a Buy rating. The firm also boosted its fair value price target to $24.
