AirMedia Group extends go-private deadline again

• Out-of-home advertising firm AirMedia (AMCN -0.2%) today amended its go-private deal for the second time, to extend its termination date again.
• The deal agreed to in September 2015 had an original termination date of June 28, 2016. That date was pushed out to Dec. 31 of this year; the new amendment extends that out to June 30, 2017.
• The company will file an amendment to its 13E-3 and updated proxy materials with the SEC accordingly.
