Stag Industrial improves some borrowing terms

• NYSE:STAG lowered the interest rate pricing grids on two $150M unsecured bank loan terms. Term Loan A was cut 25 basis points to Libor +1.30%, and Term Loan B 40 basis points to Libor +1.70%, assuming current leverage levels.
