BlackRock Capital chairman and CEO is out

• Steven Sterling is stepping down as CEO and board chairman (though he will remain on the board), effective Jan. 1.
• Michael Zugay, head of investments for NASDAQ:BKCC's U.S. Private Capital Group, will take over the CEO role. James Keenan, BlackRock's global head of fundamental credit, will become chairman.
• Sterling and team took over in March 2015 and have had their hands full dealing with legacy investments. Shares are down 23% this year.
