Prestige Brands acquires C.B. Fleet Company

• Prestige Brands Holdings (NYSE:PBH) announces that it acquired C.B. Fleet Company for $825M.
• C.B. Fleet is a manufacturer of feminine products and other over-the-counter healthcare items.
• The company says the  transaction moves it closer toward its goal of 85% “invest-for-growth” revenue.
• The acquisition is expected to add $1.0B in pro forma revenue in FY18.
