Former CEO Genish exiting Telefonica Brasil board

• Amos Genish has resigned from the board of Telefonica Brasil (VIV +0.8%).
• Genish had departed from the CEO post in October after journalist prodding about leadership resulted in leaks of a transfer apparently planned for months.
• Jose Maria Del Rey Osorio will replace Genish on the board. Genish was replaced in the CEO role by Eduardo Navarro de Carvalho.
