Pacific Bio poised to continue up move, shares ahead 5% premarket

• Pacific Biosciences (NASDAQ:PACB) is up 5% premarket on light volume. Shares have rallied almost 32% this year after plummeting in mid-December after Roche exited its development deal related to SMRT diagnostics.
• On Monday, the company announced new software updates to its Sequel System that it says improves applications like structural variant detection and targeted sequencing. The updates will be available on January 23.
