• Full-year core FFO per share is now expected to come in at $3.28-$3.30 vs. previous guidance of $3.25-$3.28, and Street estimates of $3.27.
• Initial full-year 2017 core FFO per share guidance is $3.42-$3.48.
• The pending Equity One merger does not figure into the core FFO guidance.
