- Juniper Networks (NYSE:JNPR) says in an SEC filing and blog entry that its chief technology officer is cutting the time he spends at the company to focus on his start-up.
- The company and its executive VP and CTO Pradeep Sindhu have agreed to redefine his duties so that he can spend a majority of time at Fungible Inc., the company he co-founded in 2015.
- He'll stay with Juniper as executive VP and chief scientist, the company says, and it will search for a CTO successor.
- The move means Sindhu will give up his board seat as well, as he won't stand for re-election at the annual meeting.
