• CEL-SCI (NYSE:CVM -11%) inks an agreement with institutional investors for the direct placement of 10M shares of common stock at $0.10. Each share purchased will include a 5 1/2-year unregistered warrant to purchase one share of common at $0.12. Closing date is February 23.
