Goldman, Blackstone reportedly among bidders for Onex's USI

• Goldman Sachs' (NYSE:GS) private equity unit and Blackstone (NYSE:BX) are set to offer for the U.S. insurance brokerage. Valuation has been reported to be in the $4B area.
• The first round bidding deadline is apparently this week, and Goldman and Blackstone are expected to have plenty of early competition.
