Harvest Natural shareholders OK $32M sale of Gabon interests

• Harvest Natural Resources (NYSE:HNR -0.1%) says its shareholders have authorized the sale of all Gabon interests to BW Energy Gabon for $32M, as well as the dissolution of the company.
• Under the liquidation process, which is subject to the control of the company's board and management, the proceeds from the Gabon sale would be combined with other HNR assets to be distributed to stockholders.
• The closing of the sale remains subject to approval of Gabon's government.
