- In a filing, Level 3 Communications (NASDAQ:LVLT) notes it's given a retention bonus of $1.2M to CEO Jeff Storey, part of a retention program it set in agreeing to merge with CenturyLink (NYSE:CTL).
- It also granted restricted stock unit awards to its named executives, including (at today's values) $3.35M worth for Storey; $1.5M worth for CFO Sunit Patel; $1.165M worth for Andrew Crouch (regional president, EMEA and GAM); and $1M worth for Laurinda Pang (regional president, North America and Asia Pacific).
- The board won't increase base salaries or long-term incentives for the executive team.
