- Average revenue per subscriber was 30.1 yuan -- up Y/Y from 25.3 yuan, but down from Q3's 30.7 yuan.
- The company added Ya Li (CEO of Yidian Zixun) to the board, and noted Yongfu Yu resigned from the board effective yesterday.
- It had cash, equivalents and short-term investments of $381.5M as of Dec. 31.
