America Movil facing 65-day deadline on fixed-line company split

• America Movil (NYSE:AMX) will need to act quickly to split off part of Telmex, according to Mexico's telecom regulator.
• Adding detail to plans to step up antitrust enforcement, Mexico's Federal Telecommunications Institute says the country's leading telecom will have 65 working days to present its plan for the legal separation of part of its fixed-line subsidiary.
• Company shares are down 4.9% on the day, trimming 2017 gains to 1.4%.
