- The board of Medigus (NASDAQ:MDGS) approves a change in the number of ordinary shares represented by an American Depositary Share (ADS) from five to 50. The change will have the same effect as a 1:10 reverse split.
- The change will be effective prior to the start of trading on Thursday, March 15.
