PharmAthene sets record date for May special meeting on Altimmune merger

• Shareholders of record at the close of business on March 22 will be eligible to vote at PharmAthene's (PIP) May 4 special meeting of stockholders on its previously announced merger with Altimmune. If approved, Altimmune will be the surviving entity and will do business under its name.
