- DragonWave (OTC:DRWI +9.5%), recently the subject of volatile trading, is up 17.4% in light postmarket action after announcing a distribution deal with Ingram Micro Australia.
- The new master sales and services agreement will have Ingram Micro expand its vendor portfolio to the Australia channel, introducing DragonWave's packet microwave product portfolio -- particularly the Harmony Enhanced MC, suited for high-bandwidth rural connectivity, the company says.
- "Ingram Micro will help launch our new Harmony Enhanced MC product line into very important channel markets where wireless networks are playing an ever-increasing role to augment ongoing National Broadband Network fiber builds," says DragonWave CEO Peter Allen.
