- Denbury Resources (DNR -1.7%) says CEO Phil Rykhoek will retire effective June 30, to be succeeded by current President and COO Christian Kendall as its new CEO.
- Kendall joined DNR as COO in 2015 and was named President last October; prior to joining DNR, Kendall had 27 years' experience in the oil and gas industry, most recently 14 years with Noble Energy, where his last role was Senior VP of Global Operations Services.
- Rykhoek joined DNR in 1995 as its CFO, and became CEO in 2009.
