InterDigital (IDCC -3.6%) slumps after China's Huawei, one of several phone vendors it's suing, files an antitrust complaint with the E.U. accusing InterDigital of refusing to license key patents under FRAND licensing terms. Samsung and Motorola have already come under fire for leveraging FRAND-covered patents in their IP disputes with Apple and/or Microsoft.
