Look for T and VG to react to this news today, though T not so much (it affects only a small portion of their business, after all).

    VG will pop, though.

Apple has been busy with the app business. Its the future here, as the content and interface comes to mean more than the hardware, repeating the scenario with mass media, cable, and the internet.

The VZ and T news is important in that it signals, (pun intended,) mobile calls and data are evolving away from proprietary cell networks into wifi and other/future incarnations of wireless data networks.
