- CBS News (NYSE:CBS) has settled a suit brought by three women who alleged harassment by Charlie Rose, even as the company awaits results of a broad investigation into misconduct.
- The settlement is confidential. Two of the women were CBS employees who worked for Rose; the third wasn't a CBS employee but worked as Rose's assistant.
- The women also sued Rose as an individual, though, and that portion of the suit will continue.
- Still an open question: How much, if any, of a $120M severance former CEO Les Moonves will receive after his ouster.
