    This is expected news if you're listening to the right people; who also think home price and lack of sales activity is a TREND that will be with us for a very long time, and that it is not a phenomenon that will shortly end and reverse.

    One of the Toll brothers dumped another big diaper-load of shares of TOL stock onto the market again. I'm guessing that he sold the pile of shares as a charitable gesture so the herd of home-builder bulls can get into TOL stock while it's still "cheap". (Sarcasm alert)
