InterContinental Exchange (ICE) and Hong Kong Exchanges were today due to make presentations of their takeover offers for the London Metal Exchange to the LME's board, Reuters reports. ICE's and HKE's bids are just above £1B ($1.55B), with both pledging to keep the exchange's operations unchanged, including its open outcry trading ring.
