Topeka Capital's Brian White is downgrading electronics contract manufacturers Flextronics (FLEX -2.3%), Celestica (CLS -2.2%), Benchmark Electronics (BHE -4%), and Plexus (PLXS -4.1%), largely on concerns about slowing demand for tech hardware. White is also worried about Flextronics' competitive woes and "misguided business strategies," Celestica's exposure to Research In Motion, and Plexus' reliance on niche markets seeing new competition.

Flextonics (FLEX) manufactures the Redbox kiosks for CSTR. Redbox is looking to expand into Canada with up to 2,500 machines in 5 years. They also recently signed an agreement to bring new kiosks to Family Dollar Stores as well as partnered with SBUX to create a coffee kiosk...demand is slowing? Maybe, but not for FLEX.
