• Thor Industries (NYSE:THO) announces that Executive Chairman Peter Orthwein will step down from  his position at the end of the company's fiscal year on July 31.
• The board of directors names Orthwein Chairman Emeritus effective as of the date of his transition from executive chairman.
• Orthwein will remain an active member of the board.
• Thor plans to announce its new chairman before the end of its fiscal year.
