Western Union (WU), MoneyGram (MGI) and other money-transferring firms will next year have to provide more fee disclosure to customers under Dodd-Frank. However, the new rules aren't expected to bring more competition - as per their goal - and a fall the pricey charges. That's partly due to WU's reach, leaving it in position to benefit from the expected growth in its industry.
