TransGlobe Energy (

initiated with a Sector Perform and a $13 price targtet at RBC Capital, which says TGA's PSCs provide a hedge from any weakening in oil prices. The firm says a more positive outlook depends upon success with redevelopments and progress in the Western Desert.
