Carlos Slim continues to make moves in Europe, with Austria's Weekly News reporting (via Reuters) that he's taken a 4.1% stake in Austria Telekom (TKAGY.PK +5.5%). That would add to Slim's attempt to up his KPN holding. The Mexican is preparing to combine his AT stake with the 21% held by Ronny Pecik and Egyptian partner Naguib Sawiris.
