Foreign automakers want to talk about selling in the U.S., and No. 2 U.S. dealer group Penske (PAG) is listening, saying a number of offers have come in from makers of foreign cars and electric cars as well. Earlier this year, Penske's deal to acquire the Saturn brand from GM collapsed as Renault (also party to the deal) backed out.
