A group of pension fund managers sue Carl Icahn to stop him from accumulating more than 90% of outstanding shares in CVR Energy (CVI), claiming he is unlawfully squeezing them out. The attempt to force Icahn to buy their shares at $30 each instead of accumulating them at depressed open market prices could add millions to Icahn’s bid to own CVR outright.
