one of the bidders in an auction in Brazil for radio spectrum that can be used to incorporate its 4G wireless broadband services, according to reports. If it lands the license, highly-populated Sao Paulo and Rio de Janiero can be added to the firm's service coverage. Other bidders: AMX, TSU, TEF.
