FirstEnergy (FE -0.3%) shares rebound to near breakeven after the company says leaked radioactive coolant at its Davis-Besse nuclear reactor in Ohio was cleaned up and no radioactivity escaped. An inspection in preparation for resuming operations after more than a month-long reactor shutdown for refueling and maintenance had revealed the leak.
