Progress Software (PRGS) says preliminary FQ2 results will miss expectations due to uncertainty from customers, partners and employees about the company's restructuring efforts and weakness in the global economy. The company now expects to earn between $0.17 - $0.19 per share on revenue of $110M - $115M. Street consensus is for an EPS of $0.26 on $124 in revenue. Shares are currently halted, but set to resume trading shortly.
