A federal judge "tentatively" decides to dismiss patent litigation between Apple (AAPL) and Motorola Mobility (GOOG), canceling a trial that was set to being Monday. Judge Richard Posner said neither company could "establish a right of relief" for the alleged violations. Posner, who may still change his mind, will file a longer opinion within a week.
