Now that the ex-dividend date has been released, how long after will another offering be declared? ....2-3 days?

Sell before ex-dividend and buy back after the offering announcement?

On ex-dividend day stock drops by dividend ($1.25).....if there is another offering after ex-dividend (usually within a couple of days), there is another drop of about $1.00 (look at previous history). AGNC is at it's all time high and new offering will raise lots of $$$$ to purchase more gov. backed mortgages.. The total drop could be $2.00+.....buying back after offering would provide bigger gain than $1.25 dividend, plus, if you have any loss carryover, you can offset gain without any taxes. Then ride the stock up to the next ex-dividend date.

Own both agnc and nly. A few months ago I came across arr. Dividend of $.10 per share/per month. I see it as a high risk, but for a $7.00 stock, I will take a chance for a few months.

Now for me as AGNC, ARR and NLY investor is time to diversify a bit including rocking bottom price oil companies as LINE, MVO or PGH paying now almost 12% with oil recovery potential in the future....because oil will not be in actual prices forever.
