    more layers = less information + communication velocity = increasingly poor reaction time (let alone being proactive)

    With MS default swaps above 400 b.p., they need to achieve all that in 3 to 4 years as the company has basically no chance surviving for 30 years and if they close shop, for whatever reason, and are also not so fast, all those great things would remained unrealized! Think FB!
