Rambus (RMBS) -2.5% thanks to a downgrade to Neutral from JPMorgan, which thinks investors should take profits after Rambus' recent run-up. JPMorgan, one of only two major sell-side firms to maintain coverage on the volatile memory technology company, isn't optimistic about a pending ITC case involving multiple chipmakers, as well as ongoing IP litigation.
